Our construction company has an office team to be proud of, they are highly skilled individuals with qualifications in accounts, all Secretary duties, including proposals, bookkeeping, filing, emergency calls, payroll, management of field team, client care and all aspects of admin.
The team have a fair amount of knowledge on Damp Proofing and Structural Waterproofing and are fun, yet professional, diligent and competent within their roles.

The DrySite team are proud to announce the founder and big boss director of this fast-growing damp and structural Waterproofing construction company Mr Mark Fante.
He founded DrySite Limited in 2010 with Damp Proofing skills and hard work, starting out in Northfleet, Bexleyheath in Kent and London. Mark has over 30 years' experience in the structural waterproofing industry, and it shows in his outstanding work!
He is funny, clever and extremely hard working. Not to mention handsome! which helps.
The company has blossomed into a reputable, reliable and recommended business, DrySite are renowned for their expertise in basement tanking systems, resin injection projects, all damp proofing work and flat roof waterproofing locally for our clients. Mark is very hands on and a perfectionist when it comes to his work.

IBG policy for Rising Damp contracts this includes Chemical Injection, Electro Osmasis and Vertical Damp proofing
Purpose
Designed to provide cover in the event that the insured remedial works fail, during the period of Insurance and the contractor has ceased to trade and is unable to honour claims on the written guarantee.
