What houses are usually affected by mould?

Most houses are affected with mould growth , especially if there is no air ventilation units installed, no windows are opened and clutter is against the walls at all times creating a closed area with no air flow.

Why does mould appear?

Mould growth appears through damp area, old surfaces. Stains and marks are an inevitable result of damp and mould on your walls as both issues can leave residual marks on the walls surface. In the case that you do not replace then you are leaving yourself open to possible re-emerging of the mould (as spores can remain in the plastered surface) if you do not treat the area with a suitable mould killer.

How is mould rectified

In our experience specialised mould remover, specialised paint, passive and humidistat sensor ventilation units are the most effective methods to help prevent further condensation and mould growth.
