Do you need structural waterproofing?  Clients often ask me this question: how do I know I need structural waterproofing? That is a good question, and thankfully there are a few signs that tell you might need to waterproof structures in your house or business property. If you strip back the paint or wallpaper in your home, office or warehouse and see signs of damp or black patches, then you really need to start thinking about structural waterproofing. It is not enough to spray the area to clean the existing damp, you need to waterproof the structure to prevent the same thing happening again year after year.

If you don’t then you can find yourself out of pocket every single year. The climate in the UK means that unprotected structures are likely to become damaged and need constant repair and replacement if they are not waterproofed properly.
